DEFENSE BID SYSTEMS (DBS) is a streamlined automated US Government DOD bid processing cloud-based database application.

DBS was originally designed by Lee Levinstein in the late 1990s to automate his own government contracting business. Lee identified a need for automation, built a unique industry-specific application, and when launched, was able to cut his workforce by half and exponentially increase his sales. Since then, DBS has seen many upgrades and incarnations adapting it to today’s competitive government contracting environment.

At any given time, all users can see how many projects are being worked on and what their status is.
