Award Modifications – How to “PAR”?

There are many situations that will require you to request a contract modification. A vendor changed prices, a part number was changed by the OEM, there are delays in delivery, etc. In this class, I will teach you what you can and cannot ask to be modified, and how to request the modification in a way that will produce the fastest positive contracting officer response.
